About the role#
As a pharmacy intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide support within a retail pharmacy setting. You will help ensure a safe environment while delivering care to patients. This role focuses on professional practice, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional care to patients and customers.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and quality assurance tasks.
- Support the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Model empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture that values energy and enthusiasm.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better health outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and precision control.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and bend to move items.

- Employment Type: Part-time.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
