About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team to support our patients and provide care. You will operate under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective work environment. This role is part-time and offers the opportunity to gain professional experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
What you'll do#
- Support pharmacy operations including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory management.
- Manage and adopt patient care programs to help keep patients healthy.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver positive health outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and precision control.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.

- This is an on-site, part-time role.
