About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering care to patients, managing pharmacy operations, and supporting the pharmacy team. This is a part-time position focused on professional growth and patient health.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to each patient and manage patient care programs.
- Maintain pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
- Handle inventory and workflow management.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Lead with empathy for patients, customers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver better health outcomes.
- Facilitate a positive team culture.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to remain mobile, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Physical dexterity to reach, stoop, and perform precise tasks with fingers and hands.
- Visual acuity for reading, transcribing, and viewing computer terminals.
- Immunization eligibility.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
