About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. This role focuses on delivering patient care while maintaining a safe environment. You will help manage inventory, support workflow, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Support patient safety, professional practice, and quality assurance.
- Manage patient care programs and help customers navigate their health needs.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients and team members.
- Foster a team culture centered on energy and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver consistent care.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift, scan, and bag items, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and reaching.
- Visual acuity for transcribing, reading, and viewing computer terminals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immunization eligibility are preferred.

- Type: Part-time, on-site.
- Pay: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
