About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the operations of a retail pharmacy. You will assist in delivering care to patients, managing workflows, and ensuring a safe environment. This role is designed to help you gain professional experience while contributing to our pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Deliver care to patients and provide customer service.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and daily workflow tasks.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a culture of energy and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Lead with empathy for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Availability for a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Immunization eligibility.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
