About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the operations of our retail pharmacy. This role focuses on patient care, safety, and operational efficiency. You will assist in managing pharmacy workflows, inventory, and patient care programs while modeling our core values.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment through quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver genuine care to patients and customers by displaying empathy and compassion.
- Manage pharmacy tasks including inventory control, workflow, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver better health outcomes and promote a positive work culture.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations and requirements are met.
- Align with team goals to support our purpose of improving quality of care.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to remain mobile and upright for extended periods, including lifting up to 20 lbs and performing tasks requiring physical dexterity.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.

- Employment Type: Part-time.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
