About the role#
As a pharmacy intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering patient care, modeling company values, and supporting the pharmacy team in daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage patient care programs and support overall pharmacy workflow.
- Maintain high standards for patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with inventory management and provide excellent customer service.
- Display empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture that values energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.

- The role is part-time and on-site.
