About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering quality care to patients, managing pharmacy workflows, and participating in patient care programs. You will act as a key member of the pharmacy team, helping patients manage their health and prescriptions.

- Deliver care to patients with empathy and compassion.
- Manage patient care programs to support health outcomes.
- Facilitate a team culture defined by energy, caring, and pride.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve pharmacy processes.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, workflow tasks, and quality assurance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for long periods, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Precision control and finger dexterity for handling pharmacy items.
- Completion of all required training within state-mandated timeframes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immunization eligibility are preferred.

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
