About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. This role focuses on patient care, safety, and maintaining a positive environment for both customers and team members. You will gain professional experience by participating in pharmacy practice, regulatory compliance, and inventory management.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and manage patient care programs.
- Lead with empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve health outcomes.
- Foster a team culture that values energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet the necessary state regulations.
- Maintain a safe and effective work environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks like reaching, stooping, and scanning items.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immunization eligibility are preferred.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
