About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will assist in delivering care to patients while maintaining a safe work environment. This role focuses on professional practice, regulatory compliance, and patient service. You will help manage inventory, workflow, and patient care programs to ensure quality outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment through quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver care to patients and manage patient care programs.
- Handle inventory and workflow management tasks.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and team members.
- Collaborate with the team to promote a culture of energy, pride, and enthusiasm.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Visual acuity for tasks such as reading and visual inspection.

- Location: Ewing, New Jersey.
- Type: Part-time, on-site role.
- Pay: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
