About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. You play a part in patient safety, professional practice, and inventory management. This role focuses on delivering care to patients while you gain professional experience in a clinical setting.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective work environment and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, quality assurance, and inventory tasks.
- Support patient care programs to help customers and patients stay healthy.
- Lead with empathy for patients, caregivers, and your team members.
- Foster a team culture that values energy and pride.
- Collaborate with others to improve health outcomes and align the team around company goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, stoop, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring fine finger dexterity and close visual acuity.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
