About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment while delivering care to patients. This position is part-time and operates on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy work environment.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and workflow, excluding final prescription verification.
- Support patient care programs and provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Provide quality customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate a team culture focused on caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Lead with empathy for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and reaching.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
