About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, effective retail pharmacy environment while delivering care to patients. You will assist with patient care programs, manage pharmacy workflows, and support inventory and quality assurance tasks.

- Adopt and manage patient care programs.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver positive outcomes.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to remain mobile and upright for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift, scan, and bag items, including occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
