About the role#
As a pharmacy intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance while gaining professional experience. This role requires a commitment to patient care and active participation in pharmacy programs.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment.
- Deliver care to patients and manage patient care programs.
- Handle inventory and workflow management.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to promote a positive culture.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, reach overhead, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Close visual acuity for reading and transcribing.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.

- Pay range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
