About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on patient care, regulatory compliance, and daily pharmacy operations. You will contribute to our goal of improving the quality of care for our patients.
What you'll do#
- Support patient health through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage pharmacy workflow and inventory effectively.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframes.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and reaching.
- Ability to maintain a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- Location: Randolph, New Jersey.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling term.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
