About the role#
This is a 10.5-week full-time summer internship starting May 24, 2027, and ending August 4, 2027. You will work within the Technology Strategy, Operations, and Business Analytics team to help optimize how technology organizations invest, operate, and deliver value. This role supports strategic decision-making through analytics, financial insights, and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports to track performance.
- Analyze technology costs and investments.
- Improve operational processes using automation tools.
- Conduct research and business analysis to support organizational planning and technology governance.
- Participate in professional development workshops, community service, and mentorship opportunities.
- Interact with senior leaders and collaborate with other interns on innovation challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between September 2027 and August 2028.
- Relevant academic background in areas such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, MIS, or Information Technology.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations, sports, or projects.
- Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, generative AI, and low-code or no-code tools.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.
- Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and project management experience.
- Interest in a full-time position with the company after graduation.
- Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office (typically Tuesday through Thursday).
- Office locations include Hartford, CT; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; and Woonsocket, RI.
- The pay range is $35.00 to $38.50 per hour depending on location and assignment.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving more than 50 miles.
