About the role#
This 10.5-week internship offers an inside look at product management and Agile delivery within the healthcare sector. You will join a team focused on understanding user needs and building solutions that improve health care. The program runs from May 24, 2027, to August 4, 2027, and includes mentorship, networking with senior leaders, and professional development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Write user stories and define product requirements.
- Conduct user research and map out customer journeys.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
- Support sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
- Design workflows, prototypes, and digital experiences.
- Collaborate on business projects and participate in community service.
- Engage with emerging technologies like AI, automation, and low-code tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between September 2027 and August 2028.
- Coursework in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human-Computer Interaction.
- Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, sports, or projects.
- Experience or interest in product management, UX design, Scrum, and healthcare technology.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira and experience with customer discovery, roadmaps, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- An interest in pursuing a full-time position with the company after graduation.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship offering $35.00 to $38.50 per hour.
- The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
- Available office locations include Hartford, CT; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; and Woonsocket, RI.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving over 50 miles.
