About the role#
CSpring is seeking interns for our summer 2027 Catalyst program. This role provides hands-on recruiting experience at an Indianapolis technology consulting and data analytics firm. You will receive mentorship and coaching from leaders across recruiting, sales, and marketing. This is a practical role for those interested in a future career in sales, marketing, recruiting, or business development.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify prospective candidates for technology and consulting roles.
- Write thoughtful outreach that encourages responses.
- Build relationships with candidates through conversations and consistent follow-up.
- Conduct initial screens to learn about candidate experience, interests, and goals.
- Manage candidate activity and keep accurate notes in recruiting systems.
- Share your findings about the talent market with the team.
- Work with recruiters and leaders to improve the candidate experience.
What you'll need#
- You are a current student or recent graduate interested in sales, marketing, recruiting, or other relationship-driven careers.
- You are driven to set goals, make progress, and see results.
- You have a competitive streak and enjoy working toward a high standard.
- You enjoy meeting people, asking good questions, and building professional relationships.
- You take initiative, follow through on tasks, and welcome coaching.
- You communicate clearly and stay resilient when things do not go as planned.
