About the role#
We are looking for an Application Engineering Co-op to join our Customer Success team in Delta. This role focuses on designing gas detection systems for various environments including condo towers, arenas, and breweries. You will work with engineering plans to create designs, prepare quotes, and support customers through the installation process. We provide training for those new to gas detection systems.
What you'll do#
- Review project plans and specifications from customers.
- Design gas detection systems for a wide range of applications.
- Prepare quotes and create project drawings and submittal packages for dealers and engineers.
- Provide technical and installation support for your projects after the sale.
- Offer input on product direction and share insights with the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present to groups in person or virtually.
- An engineering mindset and a desire to learn.

- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delta, British Columbia.
- This role is intended for BCIT co-op students.
- The position is paid.
