Administrative Assistant - Student Health

About the role#

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to Cura Services Department Managers and the Senior Director. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, managing financial processes, and overseeing departmental communications while serving as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

What you'll do#

• Provide administrative support to department leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and guests.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
• Assist with budget-related activities, expense reimbursements, and credit card reconciliation.
• Maintain records and administrative systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and independently resolve routine office issues.

What you'll need#

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of administrative support or office management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of office procedures, records management, and administrative systems.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
