About the role#
CQ Partners is looking for a 4th-year Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) student for the 2027-2028 academic year. You will work in a private practice setting alongside an audiologist and support staff. This role offers hands-on experience and increasing independence as the year progresses, supported by ongoing mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations.
- Conduct diagnostic vestibular testing, including VNG and balance assessments.
- Manage hearing aid services, including evaluations, fittings, verification, programming, repairs, and counseling.
- Provide tinnitus evaluations and counseling.
- Perform cerumen management.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient counseling.
- Handle insurance verification and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Gain exposure to the daily operations of a private practice.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program.
- Completion of all academic coursework before the start date.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
