About the role#
This internship is a full-time position for Summer 2027. You will work with the Knowledge Management Director and the Business Leadership Team at vAuto to create and update training content for in-field teams. This role involves turning complex software information into practical training materials that are used by internal staff. You will gain hands-on experience in operations and learning development while working on projects that are implemented by Performance Management.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and validate weekly knowledge management articles.
- Create new learning and training content, including content outlines and job aids.
- Develop knowledge checks specifically for adult learners.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Performance Management, Support, and Leadership.
- Present learning content to large groups of Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and Performance Consultants.
- Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines at the same time.
- Build professional relationships and network with peers and leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited university pursuing a degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or a related field.
- Ability to organize complex information logically and explain difficult topics simply.
- Confidence as a presenter with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
- Experience as a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- An interest in the automotive industry or in developing adult learners.
