About the role#
Cox Engineering is seeking an Operations Intern or Co-op student to join our Construction division in Randolph, Massachusetts. This role provides hands-on experience and professional development for students looking to build their business knowledge. You will work on-site and receive mentorship while contributing to active projects.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple projects and interact with clients during on-site and online coordination meetings.
- Represent the company in internal and external meetings.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established timeframes, cost plans, and customer expectations.
- Maintain compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and regulatory conditions.
- Communicate project progress to the Operations Manager, the team, and the customer.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project changes while protecting the primary objectives and benefits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Experience with CAD and Revit is a plus.

- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Randolph, MA.
- The role is paid and follows a rolling term schedule.
