    About the role#

    The Mechanical Engineering Intern will work directly with engineers to learn manufacturing processes, equipment systems, and mechanical engineering practices. This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, including formal project reviews presented to division leadership. You will gain exposure to production equipment, tooling, fixtures, process parameters, and mechanical system performance.

    What you'll do#

    • Support projects within the engineering and manufacturing departments.
    • Interact daily with plant operations teams in production and equipment areas.
    • Assist with process- and equipment-related experiments.
    • Analyze data and provide support for process improvement and reliability efforts.
    • Prepare and deliver updates and formal presentations to engineering and leadership teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with data analysis, including Microsoft Excel and SPC rules.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

    • Location: Keene, New Hampshire.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Type: Full-time, on-site, paid internship.
