About the role#
We are looking for an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our team in Corning, New York. This role focuses on using AI and automation within ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro to modernize how we manage software and hardware assets. You will work on streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and supporting our compliance efforts. This position is a rolling, full-time opportunity for individuals who have recently completed or are finishing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and support automation workflows using AI tools and ServiceNow.
- Assist in implementing machine learning-based software and hardware normalization to improve data accuracy.
- Identify manual, repetitive ITAM tasks and propose new automation opportunities.
- Support software license compliance activities, including entitlement tracking, reconciliation, and true-up analysis.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow reports and Performance Analytics dashboards to track key metrics for leadership.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to test and deploy automation use cases.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an IT-related role, such as an internship, co-op, or significant academic project.
- A foundational understanding of IT Asset Management principles, including software lifecycles and licensing basics.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow through coursework, labs, or previous experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to others.
- Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and reporting tools.

- Compensation: The pay range for this position is $1,635.00 to $3,185.00 based on full-time status. Actual pay depends on factors including experience, training, and education.
