About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform transformation initiatives within our Technology Operations team. You will work on service catalog management, workflow documentation, testing, reporting, and process improvement projects while gaining exposure to AI-enabled service experiences.
What you'll do#
- Support ServiceNow workstreams through documentation, testing, reporting, configuration support, and process improvement.
- Assist with service catalog maintenance, employee experience projects, catalog item reviews, and intake form documentation.
- Create and maintain process maps, requirements summaries, job aids, test scripts, and SOP drafts.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), workflow checks, defect tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for request trends, backlog, testing progress, and platform usage.
- Collaborate with platform, product, development, and business stakeholders to prepare project summaries and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Availability for the full 10-week duration during Summer 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A willingness to learn new business processes and enterprise platform concepts.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
