About the role#
This internship with the Technology Operations team provides practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 services for a global workforce. You will work on monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and assisting with project deployments. The role involves partnering with support teams to improve operational documentation and user service.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and maintain collaboration services, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365.
- Manage incident and task-related work by using existing knowledge-base and solution documentation.
- Support users during production and project-based deployments of Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Work with first- and second-level support teams to resolve issues and provide training.
- Develop and document operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program for Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, communication, and task management.
- Availability for a 10-week period during Summer 2027.
