About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the Product and Experience team. You will support Agile delivery and product operations by working alongside a cross-functional team to organize work and deliver value. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Corning, New York.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and facilitation of Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the team in tracking commitments and following up on action items.
- Develop and maintain team metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
- Partner with the Product Owner to support backlog readiness and delivery planning.
- Document meeting outcomes, team decisions, processes, and working agreements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Analytics, or Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and business concepts quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for a 10-week period during Summer 2027.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
