About the role#
As an Administrative Assistant Intern, you will provide operational support while gaining experience in project coordination and business practices. This role offers exposure to corporate operations and helps you build skills for a career in administrative support. What you'll do#
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and manage itineraries.
- Coordinate meetings from start to finish, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare information for leadership discussions, presentations, and business reviews.
- Manage recurring processes, track deliverables, and improve workflows.
- Process expenses, manage purchase orders, and support budget activities.
- Plan team meetings, off-sites, and employee engagement events.
- Draft communications and serve as a liaison between leaders and stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professional integrity.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in General Business or Business Administration.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Professional presence with maturity, integrity, and accountability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Compensation: Paid position ($1,635.00 - $3,185.00 biweekly, depending on location and year in school).
