About the role#
The Strategy Intern supports the evaluation and execution of business opportunities at Constellation Brands. You will gain exposure to enterprise-wide strategic planning, market analysis, and high-impact projects. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Rochester, New York.
What you'll do#
- Build and review financial models to evaluate M&A, strategic investments, and business initiatives.
- Conduct research on markets, industries, and companies to find potential acquisition targets or partners.
- Analyze data and collaborate with business partners to prepare materials for strategic planning.
- Assist with the coordination of transaction processes and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that summarize findings and strategic recommendations.
- Support the due diligence process by gathering information and writing reports on potential investment opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- A strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting findings to others.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
