About the role#
This internship provides students with hands-on experience in banking operations to help them understand the daily functions of a financial institution. You will learn about career paths in banking and financial services while expanding your knowledge through practical work. You will also have opportunities to network with banking professionals. Available areas include commercial banking, credit analysis, retail management, bank operations, and marketing.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to the banking environment.
Location & details#
- Locations: Washington, PA and Waynesburg, PA.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Schedule: You must be available during core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, working at least 37.5 hours per week.
