    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid Instructional Design Internship based in Arlington, Virginia. The position operates on a rolling basis and requires on-site attendance. We are looking for students or recent graduates with a background in Graphic Design, Communications, Psychology, or Business Administration.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the creation of instructional materials.
    • Collaborate with senior designers on various projects.
    • Support the development of learning modules.
    • Participate in user testing to improve instructional effectiveness.
    • Conduct research on current best practices in instructional design.

    What you'll need#

    • Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning development.
    • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
