Project Support Intern

About the role#

The Project Support Intern will manage calendars, facilitate communications, and coordinate projects for the Vice President of WTR International. This role focuses on ensuring that projects are effectively planned and executed while fostering cooperation between business functions. This is a temporary position supporting leadership with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and project tracking.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, organizing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and tracking of new and ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Support project execution by maintaining timelines, reporting on progress, and managing follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain documentation and reports for key initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare presentations and reports for key meetings and board reviews.
• Attend meetings to provide summaries and action points to the leadership team.
• Provide general administrative support, including expense reports and other ad hoc tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth company operations.

What you'll need#

• Active pursuit or recent attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
