About the role#
This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in building and executing a global onboarding curriculum. Working within the Medical Specialist and Knowledge Advancement team, you will support global sales training initiatives and operations. This role focuses on learning management system (LMS) operations, content development, and training support across global markets.
What you'll do#
- Support the development, structuring, and rollout of a global onboarding curriculum via the LMS.
- Upload and structure courses, modules, and learning paths.
- Convert existing materials, such as PowerPoint, PDFs, and SCORM files, into structured e-learning formats.
- Provide front-line LMS support to global markets, including user management, enrollment, and troubleshooting access.
- Manage course assignments and maintain accurate data for users and training content.
- Refine and format sales training materials and assets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Location & details#
- Location: Arlington, Virginia.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site role.
- Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week with some flexibility in scheduling.
- Employment: This is a paid, part-time student assistant position with a rolling term.
