About the role#
This paid summer internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development. You will work with a team to learn the full sales cycle while building professional communication and leadership skills. The program is designed to help you gain real-world experience and develop your career through mentorship and direct sales responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
- Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing the deal.
- Inspect properties to identify specific pest control and home-protection needs.
- Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager.
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins.
- Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.

- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work outdoors.

- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
