About the role#
This paid summer internship offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business. You will learn professional communication and leadership skills while working in a commission-based environment. The program focuses on training and mentorship to help you grow as a sales professional.
What you'll do#
- Drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
- Learn and apply the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Inspect properties to identify pest control and home-protection needs.
- Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager.
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins.
- Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work outdoors.

- Availability for evenings and weekends.
