About the role#
This paid summer internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development. You will learn the full sales cycle through direct mentorship and training from our management team. The program focuses on building professional communication skills and leadership abilities while working in a team environment. Company-provided housing is available for the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
- Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Inspect properties to identify specific pest control and home-protection needs.
- Build new customer relationships and manage existing accounts.
- Meet weekly goals by working closely with your Sales Manager.
- Attend daily team meetings and performance check-ins.
- Lead team meetings and contribute to group initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- The ability to work outdoors.
- Comfort with a commission-based pay structure.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to build trust with clients.
- A competitive mindset with a focus on winning and personal improvement.
- Adaptability, grit, and resilience.
- Analytical thinking and a goal-oriented approach.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).

- Compensation: 100% commission-based pay.
