About the role#
The Safety Summer Associate role offers hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will work directly with safety and operational leaders to support the health and well-being of craft workers and team members. This full-time, 8 to 10 week program is designed to provide field experience, mentorship, and training while you contribute to our safety culture.
What you'll do#
- Assist in executing corporate and project-specific safety and health programs.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by coaching, mentoring, and educating trade partners and internal team members.
- Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor safety compliance.
- Track metrics and assist in reporting project safety performance.
- Partner with field superintendents and project leadership to plan for high-risk operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently attending university.
- Working to complete a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Interest in the construction industry.
