About the role#
We are looking for an analytical student to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team for the Summer 2027 term. This internship provides exposure to how financial data is used to evaluate performance, support planning, and assist leaders with business decisions. You will work within a retail organization to build professional skills and contribute to real business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and the creation of financial models.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Analyze actual business performance against established plans.
- Identify and research financial trends and variances.
- Prepare recurring reports and presentations.
- Gain exposure to key retail and financial performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Finance team and cross-functional business partners.
- Support special projects as business priorities evolve.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or a desire to develop advanced capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
- An organized and curious approach to work.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship located in Rosemont, Illinois.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
