About the role#
The Technology, Application Development, Summer Analyst program offers an opportunity to work within a global financial institution. You will join a cohort of new hires for a program starting in early June, which includes training on company culture, tools, and technical skills. This position is based in Tampa, Florida, and is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work in an agile software development environment.
- Develop quality and scalable software solutions.
- Write code that meets established quality standards.
- Test and debug code to ensure it is free of defects.
- Provide support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
- Participate in peer code reviews.
What you'll need#
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
- Ability to pass technical interviews that include basic algorithmic programming exercises.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
- A global outlook and the willingness to collaborate across different cultures and time zones.
- Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
