About the role#
Cintas offers a temporary, full-time internship program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business. This role exposes you to our different departments through a mix of hands-on training and direct interaction with team members.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
- Participate in structured training to learn about the professional services industry.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Availability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
