About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at our business operations within the facilities services industry. You will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how our company functions. This program focuses on building your professional foundation through direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in training sessions across multiple departments.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, and time management.
- Improve your communication abilities through daily interactions with team members.
- Gain practical experience by working on projects that support our business goals.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- The ability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles, as well as leadership experience in campus activities.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position located on-site in Madison, Wisconsin.
- The role operates on a rolling basis.
