About the role#
We are hiring an Operations Intern to work in Langdon, North Dakota. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term. You will work on-site to support our agronomy and seed operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including scouting and handling crop protection products.
- Perform daily seed and agronomy operations.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Provide customer service and assist visitors as needed.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of agronomy basics like crop protection and scouting.
- Experience with agronomy equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to monitor inventory quality.
