About the role#
This undergraduate internship offers hands-on experience in the farming industry. You will work on-site in Inver Grove Heights to support our agronomy and seed operations. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills, including scouting, crop protection, nutrient products, and custom application procedures.
- Handle seed operations and monitor the quality of our inventory.
- Maintain accurate records and complete regular facility housecleaning.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment like conveyors, sprayers, trucks, and floaters.
- Provide service to our customers.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies at all times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Ag Business, Crop Science, or a related agriculture field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
