About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Chehalis, Washington. Please note that this is a safety-sensitive position under Washington law, which includes pre-employment drug testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including crop scouting and protection.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Track and maintain the quality of inventory.
- Keep records and perform regular facility cleaning.
- Help with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Provide service to customers.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Agriculture degree program, such as Crop Science or Ag Business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to provide quality customer service.
