About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Clarkston, Washington. The position follows a rolling term and requires on-site attendance. This is a safety-sensitive role under Washington law, which includes mandatory pre-employment drug testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including scouting, crop nutrient products, and seed operations.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain product quality.
- Keep records and perform regular facility cleaning.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like conveyors, sprayers, trucks, and floaters.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture Business, Crop Science, or related degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
