About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Ethan, South Dakota. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build practical skills in the agriculture industry. The position is available for the Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Handle seed and agronomy operations, including product delivery and truck driving.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Perform housecleaning and site maintenance.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like conveyors, sprayers, floaters, and trucks.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Follow all local, state, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Agriculture experience or background knowledge is helpful.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
