About the role#
CHS Inc. is hiring an Agronomy Operations Intern for the Summer 2026 season in Ashley, North Dakota. This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in agronomy and seed operations. You will work directly with our customers to provide service and support.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including crop scouting and the use of crop protection and nutrient products.
- Manage and perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain quality standards.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Assist customers and provide service as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Background knowledge or experience in agriculture is helpful.
