About the role#
We are looking for an Agronomy Operations Intern to join our team in Mitchell, South Dakota for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship. You will work directly with our customers to provide service and insights while gaining practical experience in the field.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including crop scouting and the use of crop protection products.
- Manage and perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain quality standards.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment such as sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Assist customers with their needs and provide support as required.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A background in agriculture is helpful, though not required.
- Previous internship experience is a plus but not necessary.
