About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Erskine, Minnesota. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations while working alongside experienced professionals. The program runs during the summer and winter of 2027. You will support our agriculture business by performing daily operations and assisting customers.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Handle seed and agronomy operations while monitoring inventory quality.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the facility stays clean and organized.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and loaders.
- Deliver products and provide customer service.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate machinery including tractors, loaders, and conveyors.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- A CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
